Where can I buy a fake cigarette to quit smoking?

Hi! I’m trying to quit smoking, but I believe that my addiction is primarily behavior. I’m looking for a fake cigarette of some kind (Styrofoam, plastic, electronic) that is affordable (no $70 e-cig) and I can buy in person or from a reputable online seller? I’ve found some cigarettes online, from places like Better quit and EZ quit, but the websites don’t look legit. Any ideas?

Quit smoking today? As much as I can’t stand to be around smoking today, I can’t believe that I ever started – I would guess that most people end up feeling that was after they quit.

I look back through the years and that question in amazement, because I quit smoking for good when I was 25, after smoking for 12 years. Yep, that means like a fool I started smoking when I was 13 – why, I guess because the older kids were doing it, and I wanted to be cool like them.

My dad smoked all his adult life – 3-4 packs of Pall Mall non-filters a day. He hacked and choked, and he huffed and puffed; he actually ended up getting adult asthma that was probably from it. And then the surgeon general’s warning came out and he quit overnight. But not me, I didn’t believe in that stuff – so as he quit I started.

I eventually stopped smoking overnight. I got a really bad case of the flue and couldn’t have smoked if I wanted to. I threw away my last pack with the conviction that I would never start again [yeah right], but this time I followed through.

Quit Smoking Today Aids

I have been smoking roughly about 4-5 cigs a day. I just straight up stopped buying packs. Breaking the cigs that i have more than one with me. Just have one once in a while to calm my stress and anger levels. I take welbutrin XL already which does help a lot. Well, the problem is i can go without one but my mind keeps telling me “you are not you without them”. Its like i think of me walking around just smoking. Its just an addiction, I quit once. I want to quit again. Is there any way to fix this problem with my addiction?

You may have seen a TV program about the health risks of smoking and decided that you ought to quit. This is great but as time passes the memory of the program will tend to fade and this can have an adverse effect on your will power and motivation. I quit six years ago and one of the things that really helped me was to make a list of the reasons I wanted to break my addiction. Your list might be different from mine but heres an example.

1 I want to be fitter and healthier not just for my own well being but so that I can enjoy my time with the children and join in with them playing rather than just sitting down to watch.

2 I want to live longer and have more energy to enjoy my life.

3 Im tired of my breath, hands, clothes and hair smelling of smoke.

4 Im sick of the control nicotine has over me and I really want to do something about it.

Its been a while, but if I remember correctly my list had about fifteen reasons on it. The beauty of writing them down is that it helps you to remain focused and driven. It is especially helpful if youre having a rough day and youre tempted to have a cigarette. Keep your list with you at all times for as long as you need it.
