The bogus ads about stupid berries and absolutely disgusted me in it working out and bullshit remedy sites you came here for an answer dont pay any attention to actually.

I quit by using the Nicoderm Patch. The withdrawal was not all that bad. Of course, it will not do it ALL by itself. You’ve gotta do your part as well. It does take the desire to smoke away. If you can make it thru 2 weeks or so – you’ve got it whipped.
